There’s
no place
like home

Modern offices need to be more than just workplaces: they must be meeting points that pull us out of the digital space and into face-to-face connection. Like a lens focusing light, a workspace should amplify the shared creativity of the team. Our workspace was designed to be exactly that.

Visitors are first greeted by the city’s stunning panorama. Looking out from the top floor of the seven-story office building at the foot of the Mecsek hills, the view is truly breathtaking. Our office undeniably boasts one of the best views in Pécs. Since November 2022, we’ve been able to take pride in our internal environment just as much as the scenery outside.

Spaces
for Connection

During our office renovation, we tailored the space for hybrid work by creating modern community areas: meeting rooms, phone booths, one-on-one rooms, workshop spaces, and a library. The heart of our office is the WorkCafe, a spacious central hub with a bar and café that serves as a natural daily meeting point. In the age of virtuality, this space is not just for relaxation, but for connection. It provides room for face-to-face encounters, spontaneous conversations, and those small community moments where trust and belonging are born. This philosophy was recognized by the jury when we won the 2022 Office of the Year Award in the small business category.

The Floor Plan

The design began with two inescapable factors. The first was the floor plan itself: a regular grid defined by columns and walls.

Inspiration

The second starting point was the Tamás Konok graphic on the building's facade, which engages in a dialogue with the entire block and even penetrates the interior through the windows.

Order and disorder, and algorithmic softwares.

A natural association here is Georg Nees’s work Schotter, which depicts not only states of order and disorder but the transition between the two – in other words, change itself, which is a fundamental experience of our modern reality.

Architecture

When developing the interior design concept, we worked with Minusplus Architecture & Design to arrange various modes of work – from focused concentration to bustling informal activity, and from individual tasks to group collaboration – into a matrix. This led to a spatial concept that covers the full spectrum, from focused workstations to collaboration rooms and meeting areas, based on Clive Wilkinson’s 12-block model.
