Custom-Developed Customer Portal System for the Expert in Security

Our client, Multi Alarm Zrt., has been a leading expert in security since 1991.

The Pécs-based company boasts Hungary's largest response service and the country's only EU-certified remote monitoring center. The company is committed to continuous innovation, as evidenced by the digital customer portal system we developed for them.

The Challenge

The objective was to replace traditional paper-based administration with a fast, transparent, digital platform available 24 hours a day.

The goal was to create an online self-service customer portal that:

 

  • allows customers to manage their contracts and services transparently,
  • enables electronic contracting, modification, and cancellation,
  • reduces administrative burdens,
  • and provides 0–24 access to administration – anywhere, anytime.

The Solution

A custom-built client portal system.

We designed and developed a platform that:

 

  • provides a real-time data connection between Multi Alarm's internal systems (CRM, billing, monitoring software) and the portal,
  • via direct database-level synchronization,
  • supports digital signatures (e-signature, timestamp), ensuring document management is legally authentic,
  • offers a role-based permission system, allowing customers, sales representatives, administrators, and installers to access different functions,
  • allows customers to set up additional authorization levels within their own accounts (e.g., for an accountant or regional manager).
